Faced with a quiet greenfield site in a rural corner of north Essex, Amherst Homes enlisted Fresh Lemon to brand The Wyndhams and market it towards a family-centric audience.
Fresh Lemon looked to the proximity and past for inspiration. The logo identity derives from a brooch worn by the English philanthropist Joyce Franklin in her 16th century portrait. Franklin was the founder of a prominent school that borders the development and was once attended by the chef Jamie Oliver. The sales brochure was set to a high quality finish with gold foil and textured uncoated stock. Within three months of the launch 50% of the units within The Wyndhams were reserved.
