Custom House is a planned development of new high-quality apartments on the historic waterfront of Dundee. The listed Georgian mansion is a local landmark and is set to be extended with a new wing of contemporary new buildings sensitively placed to the rear of the building.

Fresh Lemon were tasked with branding this unique development and create marketing assets for the agents in Scotland.

The logo identity for Custom House was inspired by an ornate wooden carving within the building’s mantlepiece discovered on our site  visit to the derelict building. We also captured other decorative elements to create patterns and accompanying brand assets for use across the marketing.
