M Group Services is a group of industry leading businesses across critical regulated infrastructure assets. The business has a turnover of almost £1 billion and 7,000 direct staff across UK and Ireland.

Working with directors at board level, Fresh Lemon were commissioned to devise a brand strategy inclusive of naming, a new brand identity and identity roll out across the core and partner businesses.

After establishing vision and values, a new logo design was formed on behalf of M Group Services that set out to authenticate them as a new name, but trusted business. Practical considerations had to be overcome for how the new identity would be applied within the design framework and hierarchy of its existing group companies and partners, all of which had their own unique identities.

Result

Following the brand launch M Group Services were listed in Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 100 and total revenue has increased by almost 40%.
