Established for more than 50 years, Durkan had grown into a leading builder of homes and commercial spaces, including a number of landmark buildings. Fresh Lemon were asked to review their corporate brand and digital presence that had undergone a recent visual overhaul, but lacked clarity and did not reflect the company’s future vision. The brand identity had also become complex, fussy and less efficient to administer by the marketing team.
The Durkan brand assets necessitated a change too to reflect a new dynamic, one that better portrayed a trusted and experienced business more aligned to a home builder than a construction company. Retaining the memorable marque and colour scheme, Fresh Lemon delivered a new look and feel that was rapidly adopted across the business’s service divisions. Our input also included a new website design, information architecture and beta intranet site.
