Scholars is a development of luxury homes and apartments set adjacent to the highly regarded Broxbourne School. Inspired by the academic surroundings, Fresh Lemon created an elegant brand for these family-friendly homes. Scope included a digital internationally-aimed sales brochure for the overseas market, as well as a number of separately printed sales brochures across ongoing phases.
