Scott House is a large scale conversion of a former Victorian mansion house into contemporary apartments in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Designed to prioritise off-plan sales, Fresh Lemon devised a comprehensive marketing package with CGI walkthrough of the development including internal views to support the sales agent ahead of the launch of show apartment.
