Sydenham Groves is a scheme of shared ownership apartments and townhouses in South East London by one of the UK’s largest and oldest housing associations. We developed a bold identity that captured the buzz and lush greenery of Sydenham, creating a vibrant brand to engage both local and wider audiences.
Sydenham seemed to be one of those parts of the capital that even the most seasoned of Londoners found hard to locate, so we built a concept around this leafy destination being ‘a well-kept secret’ and an area you really should know more about. To set the scene, focus was placed on Sydenham’s neighbourhood by highlighting its green spaces and vibrant mix of local people within the community that made this part of London so special.
Working with artwork by the illustrator Tom Abbiss-Smith, we created an eclectic graphic language that reflected the vivacity of this understated part of South East London.
