Vinlit Estates is personalised property broker service operating in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea and Belgravia. Vinlit approached Fresh Lemon to produce a revised digital presence that better reflected their expertise and reputation in this highly affluent area of West London.

Fresh Lemon created a clearer distinction between the property listings side of the business from their personalised search service. Both websites co-exist comfortably with shared brand assets and improved clarity of the two businesses.

The Vinlit Property Search website included a new back end feature that introduced a time-saving, online contract provision, allowing team members to onboard new clients swiftly with a few simple steps. This led to improved time efficiencies and better take up of their services.
