Designed by award winning architects Boon Brown, Wandsworth Exchange is a collection of over 200 apartments across four buildings on the site of the former site of South Thames College. Within a flourishing close-knit community atmosphere, close to the centre of London.
Using research gathered during our discovery phase, Fresh Lemon created a culture and identity borne from the area’s historical and rich heritage of calico printing and craftsmanship.
The detailing and colour scheme drawn from our discoveries were applied to Wandsworth Exchange’s style guidelines, surfaces and applications across print and digital to create a brand that set it apart from its neighbours.
Combining elegant new spaces and walkways with residential, retail and outdoor spaces L&Q required an aspirational look for the marketing collateral that would reflect this high quality scheme.
