The Nova Collection is a collection of newly built apartments within Royal Connaught Park, a historic residential development of luxury homes within the former Royal Masonic School for Boys in Bushey.
Having previously marketed the master development, Fresh Lemon were asked to devise a new brand for the latest significant phase of new homes. A new name was suggested alongside new marketing and digital collateral that focused solely on the sales aspect of The Nova Collection.
A new comprehensive layflat sales brochure alongside a new website was supported by national and local press advertising and social media campaigns to promote the initial launch and follow-up releases.
Refreshed photography and a series of videos were also produced to market the site via digital advertising and online distribution to reach audiences near and far.
