Junior Designer
We are looking for a talented and passionate junior designer with up to 1 year’s experience and a keen interest in delivering contemporary branding and marketing assets to join the team at our studio in Watford.
You will be responsible for your own projects and tasks across brand identities, print, social media and digital projects, supporting senior members of staff and expected to take part on collaborative tasks and artworking to ensure successful completion of our work.
You will:
– be working with a broad range of clients
– be able to manage your own time
– have excellent communication skills and be confident in explaining your ideas
– be knowledgeable with industry trends
– be familiar with final artwork for production
– be skilled in the use of Adobe CS (mainly Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects)
– be able to work to deadlines and show good judgement
– be a team player
– be keen to react to client requests and be attentive
– have a good eye for detail
Experience in designing for web, motion design and social media marketing will be an advantage (though not necessary). Remote working will be considered, but you will be required to work within the studio a minimum of 3 days per week.

Freelance Motion Designer
We are looking for a freelance motion designer to collaborate with us in converting brand assets into animated sequences and creating new content within style guidelines. Ability to help with editing and production of video would be advantageous.

Midweight Designer
We are looking for a talented middleweight designer with up to 3 years experience and a keen interest in delivering contemporary branding and marketing assets to join the team at our studio in Watford. Working alongside a team of experienced designers, you will be responsible for your own projects and tasks across brand identities, print, social media and digital projects including artworking to ensure successful completion of our work.
You will:
– be experienced in working on branding and marketing projects
– be able to manage your own time
– be able to assist junior members of the team
– have excellent communication/written skills
– be experienced with motion design and video editing
– be confident with final artwork for print production and web
– be skilled in the use of Adobe CS (mainly Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects)
– be able to work to deadlines
– be a team player
– be keen to react to client requests
– have a good eye for detail
Experience in social media marketing will be an advantage. Remote working will be considered, but you will be required to work within the studio a minimum of 3 days per week.
